PCT Interactive Virtual Reality Map: Sierra Nevada
An interactive map with 360 virtual reality footage from our hike on the Pacific Crest Trail in 2022. In these photos and videos you can scroll around and change the camera angle with your finger or mouse. All footage was shot with an Insta360 ONE X2 (although the newer ONE X3 has since been released).
This is the Sierra Nevada component of the map, covering mile 702 to mile 1017 (Kennedy Meadows South to Sonora Pass).
Video footage is best viewed in 4K.
On mobile, it’s best to open the videos in the YouTube app to explore the content in virtual reality.
